This quiche is made using a seeded spelt shortcrust pastry packed with sautéed onions, basil and red pepper tapenade in a free-range egg filling. For an extra punch of flavour, we add SunBlush® red pepper tapenade to our filling and hand-top it with extra roasted peppers and crumbled Greek feta.
