Beechwood Smoked Bacon & Mature Cheddar Quiche

This quiche is made using a seeded spelt shortcrust pastry filled with mature Cheddar, sautéed onion, creamy béchamel and free-range eggs, hand-topped with outdoor-bred British bacon lardons. Our bacon is cured over real beechwood, giving a wonderfully subtle smokiness.
